Is it wrong to have to use a credit card for car repairs?

I am deep into debt and am trying to get out of but it seems like especially with my one and only source of transportation is soaking me dry and I have no down payment for a new car and not enough of a monthly savings to make a car payment . the only thing I can do is to again put the truck repairs on the credit card 2nd time in a month and hope for a brake. I sit wrong to use my credit card?

It is wrong to keep a vehicle that you obviously cannot afford. Sell it. Use public transportation for a year or two. Suck it up.

Credit card debt just keeps getting worse if you do. Find alternate transportation -- bus, bike, carpool.

It's a bad idea to rely on a credit card for things that you wouldn't be able to afford without the card. Also, you may be able to get a loan with a better interest rate (or lower fees) than the card.

In my opinion, credit cards should be for exactly what you described - an unexpected but required expense.

To get out of debt, examine what you are spending money on.

Determine is the expense a "need" or a "want".

Cut out any expenses that are OPTIONAL that you could live without for a short time and use the extra money to pay off your debts.

Consider a second job or trying to pick up more hours at your current job.
