How to tell a company you've applied for that you found work elsewhere after they schedule an interview?

I was thinking of saying something along the lines of "Thanks for the oppurtunity, but-" idk further that

Contact them ASAP so they can take you off their interview list and move on to the next potential candidate without wasting their time.

Just tell them you've already been offered another position and have accepted it.  Thank you for the opportunity.  That's all they need to know.
