I have B.Mayfield as QB and also have Winston on the bench...Should i pick up J.Allen for Winston??

Since i didn't notice that Mayfield and Winston have the same Bye week.

Yes. Allen and Winston will probably be equivalent for the season and this fixes your bye week problem.
