I recently bought a 6D because it's a cheap full frame which is very good for lowlight photoshoot and stuffs.
Then I found out that the focusing on the 6D isn't that great. But it's still usable for photoshoot. But when I shoot video, it doesn't automatically focus unless I press the focus button. And what annoys me the most is that it changes the exposure when I refocus.
Please let me know if there's a way to use the autofocus when shooting video because using manual focus means that I cannot put it on my stabilizer.
If that's the way it is, then it's a real bummer for me.

No possible way. This is a great example of why you should NOT buy a DSLR for video. Get yourself a camcorder and you'll be far more happier because you won't have all of these problems. You must understand that Canon puts these problems by design into their cameras so as to not hurt their camcorder sales. The problem is that the average consumer doesn't understand this and makes the mistake of buying a digital still camera thinking it'll be good for video ---- which it isn't as you're now finding out the hard way.
Use a damn CAMCORDER like you SHOULD be using for video. I wish I could plant a huge slap in the face of whoever the bozo was who started allowing the DSLR to shoot video. Most idiot consumers can't seem to grasp the fact that video is just a poor sideline of a DSLR camera and that a proper CAMCORDER is what is needed for video shooting.
What you have is a dSLR, made to shoot still pictures. Whatever video capability it has is just a feature meaning video is crap. You have already discovered a few quirks. You can work around those limitations but you have to know exactly what you're doing to get satisfying results (and that goes with all cameras). I'm guessing that if you actually believe the 6D doesn't focus great, then you'll be continuously disappointed with that camera. Time to sell it and get a Sony Handycam instead.
You bought the wrong camera! If you want to AF during video you need a later model camera. The 70D, 80D and 90D definitely do it don't know about other models.
