There is no such crime. For the most part anyone can post anything about you they wish. The only exception would be libel where you can prove damages.

The namr is public disclosure of private facts. It's a tort which ain't a crime.

Copyright, Liabel have been mentioned, but if you have an established presence (entertainer, business owner, other personalities) that suffers a blow to finances or reputation, you can slap them with slander as well if it is untrue.
