Supposing you're asking about the concentration of honey and not about the concentration of water:
Since the volume of water is the same for all, the one with the smallest mass of honey is the one that is most dilute in honey.

The volume is the same so that makes it easy. The more dilute solution is the one with the least amount of honey.

You don’t know how to divide.

It’s just 5/100, 20/100, 15/100, 10/100. Whichever gives the smallest number is the most dilute.

So it’s 0.05, 0.20, 0.15, and 0.10. I was taught that 0.05 is smaller than the other numbers so I’ll go with 5 grams in 100 ml.
