Bar Rescue reconnaissance cameras?

When Bar Rescue first puts reconnaissance cameras into a bar and obviously the bar management knows about it, do you think the show tells the bar to continue with bad behavior just for drama, or that the bar management is just too stupid not to stop that behavior before Jon Taffer comes in for his ranting session with them?

Several interviews have shown that most of the show is staged. Employees are told to display their worst behavior, "customers" are told to act up more and so forth. Most of the rescued bars either go back to the way they were doing business before or go out of business since their main problem was bad management.
