Leila is pronounced LAY luh
Hortense like the words whore tense with accent on the whore

The other two are "made-up" names not common in English. As a native English speaker if I saw them I'd guess chee-AH-ruh but wouldn't be surprised at kee-AH-ruh, and ill-ee-ANN but wouldn't be surprised at anything....Show more
