Just needing a laptop for college but also need it to be able to run quick books. I’d like to try starting an online bookkeeping business while in school. I know it’s not the best computer but it’s basically all I can afford right now.

I would avoid getting the HP 14" stream. Although they are cheap they only have 32GB eMMC storage and tend to fill up rapidly with windows updates making them unusable.
Look for a manufacturer refurb, openbox or display model that is better specced. Dell HP all to refurbs for a discounted price as do many other stores selling end of line/surplus stock.

it would help to clarify what "quick books" even is and how much ram it would use

That would depend on the RAM in the laptop and the OS it uses.
