So months back, some kid who is known to lie told me some girl I barley talk to said stuff about me to another guy. Other guy said “water under bridge” and he didn’t know what I was talking about and said how Kid 1 was messing with me? It still bothers me because it was really messed up stuff. What should I do?

You'll encounter this all the time. People get jealous of you and want others to not like you for whatever reason. She probably likes the guy and she thinks he likes you and so tried to make you look stupid. Or perhaps she's jealous about something else about you.
I'd approach the girl and tell her, "look, I don't know what your problem is and why you were triggered by me to try to throw me under the bus but, you need to stop. No one likes a liar and liars get busted. This guy you are spreading a rumor to him about me doesn't believe you and thinks you are a hot mess. I suggest you back off and leave me and others alone because I'm not the one. by the by, you're lucky i'm a nice person because someone else would slam you! However trust me, i'm not that nice!"
You can either tell this to her face or copy and paste this in hand written form and give it to her in her locker or by hand, whatever way.
