I fell asleep while on twitch and when I woke up I saw a spoiler for Until Dawn. Can anyone tell me how ruined the game is for me now?

When I woke up the streamer I was watching had ended and apparently raided someone playing Until Dawn. First thing on the screen was a fight against a Wendigo.

How ruined is the game for someone who has yet to play Until Dawn, knowing that a Wendigo is likely some type of late-game antagonist?

Not ruined, the game has plenty of twists and choices and knowing one part of it doesn’t ruin the game for you. You should definitely still play it as it’s a great game.
