.NET Framework 3.5 error 0x80070002 on Windows 10?

Hey, I installed an app that needs .NET Framework 3.5. When i try to install/enable .NET Framework 3.5, it gives an error: Windows couldn't complete the requested changes. The system cannot find the file specified. Error code: 0x80070002. Any ideas?
