What type of glue do I use?

I have a hard plastic shaker cup that I dropped and it has a long but thin crack running from the base up the side so it leaks. But I want to fix it because I like it but I’m not sure which type of glue to use. It has to be food safe of course and I’d like it to be clear but I’ll be fine if it’s not, Amazon was only bringing up silicone sealants as results so I’m not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

The simplest is to 'CHUCK IT' and move on. Food safe..it is safe for all foods, just not safe for people to eat those foods out of it.

I would probably use a 2 part epoxy. Most epoxys would probably be fine but not sure if you will find an expoxy identified as "food grade".

Food safe glue is largely a myth.

As it has cracked but without seeing it, it is probably a hard plastic. If this is the case  a two part epoxy adhesive, Araldite in the UK, will probably repair it but you will need to spread open the crack to successfully apply it.

use a soldering iron and melt it back together.
