Heart issue?

Is a good EKG scan a sign of a healthy heart?  I had a treadmill stress test in December of 2018 almost a year ago and it was good.  i had an EKG because of a panic attack a month ago and it was good.  Should i worry about my heart?

'Worry' doesn't help anything; however those tests are not 100% accurate, but short of other 'markers' it probably was a panic attack
