Oh man, both dog choices. Neither QB is all that great and both are going up against first-time starters at QB on the other side, which usually means more conservative play calling all around in those games (think if the Browns go up 14-0 early on a pick-six, how much is Baker going to have to throw the rest of the game? Could be very little).
I'd start Baker just because 1) he's better and 2) I think the PIT-CLE game has a better chance of seeing higher overall scores. I'm guessing Chicago's defense shuts down the Lions offense and that game winds up being like 20-3 or something, while PIT-CLE stands a chance to see 50+ points.
But seriously dude, check the waiver wire for a favorable matchup this week. You're looking at like the 25th and 30th best options out of the 32 starting QB's this week imo.
