Windows is missing WinRE?

I'm trying to reset my computer but it says "could not find the recovery environment." So I searched it up and now I'm missing something like "winre"? I'm using a free downloaded version of windows 10 but if I were to buy a real one would I get it and be able to completely reset it?

As long as you downloaded your copy of windows from Microsoft, there won't be a difference between free/paid. If you pirated it, that is another story altogether.
