In a microwave-safe cup. Not in whatever it's packaged in.

As long as you leave the top off and you don't let it get so hot that it's dangerous you can do that I do it all the time

If it's a plastic bottle, better not. If it's a glass bottle, better not. Pour it into a coffee cup and microwave that.
