My Texas ID expired in Oct. can I still get in a club?

For some reason my ID expired on my 20th bday in October. My friends invited me to a club for New Years, will the bouncer let me in??

They put the expiration date on there for a reason. 
Is it possible the bouncer won't notice? I suppose it is. But it is more possible you will be refused entry, and they may even confiscate the ID.

It is up to the bouncer, however they should not. Most places require your ID to be current.
