Googled victorious season 4 for dvd and sights pop up but dont say what regior its for so i wanna mak6 sure it will play so anyone know if theres verisons for the US? If so anyone know were I can order them? (Also anyone whos got web sights I can use feel free to add links in the comments)

No, Not as far as I can see. 
However, it is available for streaming on Amazon and 
is on Netflix (however, on Netflix , original Seasons 3 and 4 has 
been combined into what they are now calling Season 3)
