So my fiance has a phone but she doesn't have a number for it. So right now it's just a emergency phone, but I would like to know is if it is possible to have only a phone number that let's her receive legit calls or send one. Btw she has a LG G5 (My old phone)

I don't think you can get just a number,
and I would like to know how she could make or answer calls without a phone.
You might get a second line on Your phone and connect that with her name,
but she would have to use your phone for it, so there's still something missing.
Consumer Cellular offers basic service for $15 a month.

You need a provider for that phone. Walmart sells Tracfone being your own phone kits.
