Why did IKEA pay $50M to the families of three toddlers killed in dresser tip-overs, but not the fourth who died in 2011?

If IKEA gave that family money, and mind you they already came out with the recall, then they could gave the family with the fourth child incident money as well. Why not. If IKEA gave the families of the later incidents money why not. Perhaps those families should have known wiser too.
