throat and stomach problems?

I have been having swallowing issues over the past couple years but the last couple months it seems harder to swallow. I had a CT scan of my abdomen in August and was negative. I had an endoscopy in Dec. 2018 and no problems there. Can i have developed any throat cancer or stomach cancer in that time period. I do have acid reflux but i am on medication for that.

Acid reflux can make the throat inflamed hence swallowing issues.
You have not got cancer, part of your problem could be overawareness on swallowing.
Drink water with your meal.
