I had an endoscopy in October 2018, i was diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis. I also had my gallbladder removed about 3 years ago. i have been having stomach issues on and off over the past year and my doctor seems to think i have bile reflux. in the morning my stomach gurgles and growls and hit hurts when i drink too much water. Could i have cancer, could it grow that quickly in 15 months?

It's HIGHLY unlikely that you have stomach cancer. Your stomach problems are probably caused by chronic gastritis. Your doctor seems to think you have bile reflux? That's entirely possible. Even though you've had your gallbladder removed, you still have your bile duct.
I also have gastritis. The gastroenterologist I saw had no concerns about the possibility of it becoming cancerous. It sounds like the doctor you need to see is a psychiatrist to get some treatment for your extreme health anxiety.
Bile reflux means you vomit bile. Take probiotics or eat probiotic yogurt every day and see if that helps. Otherwise get a 2nd opinion. Go to a different doctor.
