Topless in Public?

This week the Supreme Court dismissed an appeal of a NH case where women were arrested for going topless in public backing the ban the New Hampshire Supreme Court, which said their was no right to go topless.
Yet in October the 10th circuit court of appeals upheld the right of a women to go topless in public and the State of Colorado that had originally charged the women did not appeal. New York has allowed women to go topless since the 70's. Madi Gras is coming up and women will want to earn their beads.

There is no federal law about going topless basically the courts are upholding state laws. giving the states the right to set the laws as they wish.

Many states have full topless equality.  Ohio for example, it is legal for women to be topless in public.

Laws vary by location.   Cities and states have the right to make their own laws.

Depends where you live. Some states allow it as if you were a man with his shirt off. Others allow it but with the rule that a police officer can decide whether or not you’re being lewd. Others don’t allow it at all.
