2nd hand store. If it is just a kind of uniform, you don't need too many options either. It's fine to reuse the same outfit more frequently than you would normal clothes.

You can buy economic business attire from budget stores or secondhand clothing stores. Try contacting the Salvation Army who often give out vouchers or debit cards to help you in such situations. Try other charities also, don't be too proud, many need help like you. That is what charities are for, to help.
