US federal law DOES NOT require breaks or lunches.
The ONLY breaks required by New Jersey law is 30 lunch break for each 5 consecutive hours worked if the employee is under 18.

That would depend on where you live. There is no federal law reguarding breaks and in many states such as Georgia there are no laws regulating breaks or meal breaks.

Under federal law, yes. Under the laws of the state you did not mention, no one knows.

Update to yours:  For adults, New Jersey follows federal law, meaning there is no law. For 18 and under, New Jersey requires a 30-minute break after 5 hours of consecutive work.

I don't think so, but call the Department of Labor and ask them for help.

All depends on what state you are in and how long the shift is.
