Mine is working just Fine if yours is not coming up its Possible it may just be a Isolated Bug only Happening to some Accounts im sure it will come back up Later on

Notifications have been coming and going for months. Make sure you are in a desktop mode.

My Notifications area (/notifications) is showing notifications today. It may be like the My Answers tab lately (sometimes you can see what's there, sometimes you can't).
