How to transfer from one UPS HUB to another ?

I’m a part time supervisor and I’ve been considering transferring to a hub closer to home due to the fact the my mother is ill and has no one to take care of her while I’m gone. Would there be a possibility that HR would let me transfer for family medical reasons ?
