Shooting pains in my left hand?
For past several days I have been getting these weird sharp/shooting pains in my left hand. They occur 2-3 times a day, and they last for 30 seconds at a time.
Any thoughts on what this may or may not be?

Have you been doing anything that requires holding on to handlebars or other equipment, especially when exercising for many minutes? That's one thing that made my hands hurt, even when I tried to change my grip frequently.
Surrounding your hands with warm water (yes, doing the dishes would work) can be a good way to soothe the pain.

Could be arthritis. Go see a doctor.
