As a 24 year old with no degree how do I go about becoming a politician? ?

I know I will probably have to go back to school.

Get involved in local politics. Pick a political topic that interests you; study up on it and talk about it at a community group and offer to do something about it. The crowd will be happy to let you do it. That saves them the trouble of having to do anything. Find candidates who have similar ideas and volunteer for them. You might be amazed to find out how little work most campaign hangers on actually do. Someone who works will be favorably noticed even if it is just emptying waste baskets and hanging posters. If you get lucky and your candidate wins, there might be a tangible gesture of appreciation.

I've never seen "college degree" as a requirement for any political job.

A degree in political science would be a good start.
