Why do people put the well being of dogs more above than people?

I have to agree, I think its pretty crazy.  Want to really freak out, check out how much money Americans spend on pets vs babies...

People think dogs are inherently good or something stupid like that...as a mauling victim as a small child...I can assure you that they arent all good.  That said, I'd argue most dogs are good domesticated pets, thats why people like them.  ...Show more
