Do you believe Gandhi was good Hindu in his spirituality?

Why or why not? Would he have seen himself as such? DId other Hindus of his day see him?

Gandhi was a humble man who wore a diaper for clothing to emphasize that he didn't spend a lot for clothing. Humble men are too shy to rule a country or tell others what to do. Gandhi was a humble man who believed that he could rule his country (as all humble rulers rule their countries). Humble men don't boast. Gandhi constantly boasted that he was humble, which made him not humble. Gandhi attempted to convert people to his religion, noting that it is a religion that doesn't try to convert anyone.

I recently watch "Bohemian Rhapsody" and until I saw it, I did not realize what saints Freddy Mercury and and Queen were.

History has a way of both forgiving those that we favor and castigating those that we don't and in most cases it rarely portrays them as the people that they were.  Personally, I could care less if he was a good Hindu or not and I care even less what other Hindus think about him

He was a womanising racist and well-hated in South Africa by blacks and whites alike.
