The SporTran city bus has real-time GPS tracking on its website (so you dont miss bus), but why not tracking numbers for USPS, UPS, FedEx?

If only mail couriers could add an option for their tracking number service and called it Real-Time GPS Tracking, at a cost of $5 or $10 more than the price paid for standard tracking numbers. Will real-time GPS tracking service be available in the future for mail delivery as an add-on service for a fee?
