Restaurants are now only doing drive-thru and delivery. Can the coronavirus contaminate money from a buyers hands, to the hands of cashier?

And if the cashiers hands get infected with coromavirus, will the cashiers hands contaminate the money change and cars that they give back to the drive-thru buyers?

Yes, even if people are not dining in, the customers and employees are still coming into contact with each other while handing them the food/ money. If someone with corona were to go through a drive-thu or delivery, the worker could get the virus, and inevitably pass it to other employees and customers throughout the day while at work. Not to mention, the virus (even if you show no symptoms), will still lay dormant in the body causing the virus to spread. The only way to stop the spread is for everyone to be totally quarantined, which could never happen because people need to shop, go on the doctors, and police/ firemen are still needed on the streets.

We don't know for sure if it can pass via money, but yes it's quite possible that it could.

Yes, money is dirty.  So if you handle cash alot than you shouldn't touch your face and should wash your hands.  That is pretty standard.
