No one knows the actual cases in India, the confirmed cases in India is 200 or whatever. In the US, the Administration decided to wait to develop a test instead of adopting the WHO test that was verified and active. This led to a three-week delay in testing the US suspected infected patients. The normal way to deal with a pandemic is to identify the infected and trace their contacts in order ot quarantine the total infected population. Because we were behind the curve, we have resorted to isolating everyone, with the hope that the infected will also be isolated. It's the least effectie way to deal with a pandimic, and a failure of government.
