MalwareFox vs Malwarebytes. Which one is better at removing the malware?

I have used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for a very long time. Then, there is MalwareFox, an alternative of Malwarebytes. So, which one is better at removing the malware?

So many ads were popping up everywhere on my screen and I couldn't do anything to stop them, I took my Laptop to the local tech store and they said that I was the one who installed a program which advertises all these things. All I had to do was to remove that program, but I never installed something like that. 

I tried looking for it but to no avail, I took a look on various forums and they said that this might be some kind of malware and that an Anti-Malware might be able to remove it. 

So I installed MalwareFox and I was finally able to remove all these ridiculous advertisements which I never choose to have on my screen.
