How would I submit a DNA sample to GENBANK to see whether it belongs to Homo Sapiens Cognatus?

I've heard that the DNA of this being was accepted into Genbank in 2013 and that you can enter the DNA profile into the BLAST system to see whether it's a match. How would I go about doing that?
