I had a prescription but then my insurance got cancelled and now I don't have therapy or meds anymore and I need the meds at least. Is there a cheap enough way to get a prescription for meds online? Thanks.

Talk with your doctor. The costs of drugs vary a great deal. Also you can call your local social services (211?) and ask about what's available. In some places people can get free therapy for depression. This is about the ACA (Obamacare).

Also, don't overlook self-help, which many people benefit from. There are healthy lifestyle things that help with our moods, and they're mostly easy if not downright fun. Even exercise is easy if you do it right - start off with something light and add to it gradually. I would talk with the doctor though about strenuous exercise, and don't make yourself sick of exercise with too much and quit.

Only if you can get your doctor to approve it then you can. If not, then you should look at some natural ways, they actually solve the issue rather than suppress it like meds do
