Black and Decker Electric lawnmower will not start. It s the same extension cord, heavy duty outdoor I always use I plug it in. Nothing Help?

Check to see if you have power in the outlet first.
Plug something else in it . Make sure what you plug in works first. If it works then plug in the cord and then plug  that same thing into the cord....Show more

Get a multimeter and check voltage on the extension cord prongs and the outlet.  Check for a blown fuse on the extension cord if it has one.  Check for a bad switch on the lawnmower. Etc, etc....Show more
