They are very insecure and have feelings of inferiority. They are easily offended and become angry and think, say, and do many evil things irrationally.

/I suspect it is just one or two and many trolls that don't sare one way or another. However on the blocking, that is extremely abused by theists (I don't know about atheists). Granted, the Atheist Mafia (AM™) experimented with that about 14 years ago as a way of stopping report monkeys be we gave it up after a few days because it didn't work.

I don't know if it is many, or just a small number of very insecure theists posting many, many times. In fact, I am fairly sure one particular individual does it a ridiculous amount.
