There was a reggae version/cover of cat Steven's "Wild World" that got a lot of airplay in the 80's, Who did that?

NOT maxi priest,
NOT Jimmy Cliff either.
It had a lot of bombastic trumpets, and heavy drums...kinda up tempo...

It's not Jose Feliciano either.  The version I'm remembering had a wall of brass doing almost all the instrumentals.  For a long time I thought it was somebody like UB-40.

Okay, I guess, it is more of a Ska rendition, than straight reggae, and yall aren't thinking brassy and bombastic enough.  Imagine the rhythm and vocals out of UB-40 teamed up with someone like the brass from the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.  Yeah.  I heard it on the grocery store P.A. system last year so I know I'm not Imagining it.  (I didn't grab the assistant manager and ask,"Quick! What's that song playing over the store's P.A.???")

I remember Mr. Big covering that-- you know, the band that sang that a-cappella song "More Than Words."  But that seems like it was early 90s.  The big pop-reggae artist from the 80s that sticks out in my head is Bobby McFerin, who got famous with "Don't Worry Be Happy."  Maybe he covered it?  Also, maybe it was the Beach Boys?  They got very reggae sounding in the 80s.  Just a couple ideas.
