Why would amazon not send my packages, refund my money, and not tell me why?

Question

I ordered about $400 worth of stuff April 19th and I noticed they haven’t sent any of it. I just checked my bank and they refunded all of my money. I checked my email and the amazon app and it still says it’s due to arrive Friday but it hasn’t even shipped yet. I never cancelled the orders. Idk what’s going on. Why would they do that

I really don’t get why people feel the need to be a total jerk off on this website. It take zero effort to not be a d!ck to people for no reason.

Hello. it is lockdown in many countries and crisis in the  whole world. Amazon is having crisis. So just be forgiving. logistics is labor intensive and is hampered by this lockdown.

Right now Amazon is experiencing some difficulties due to their striking employees. Amazon is also holding some of my stuff that I ordered 6 weeks ago. The order is still active, and they will not charge you for the products until they are actually shipped. So just hang in there and eventually you will get your stuff!
