Will there ever be a cure to the Coronavirus? I work at a grocery store and am " essential" I don't want to get sick and die. I worry every day. I was Just wondering if the world will ever be back to normal again.. :(

There is already a cure but the governments does have other plans.

A few clinical trials have shown promising results on finding medications that help to treat covid19, so yeah, there's a big chance that soon-ish we get an effective treatment for it.
I do understand you are worried, that's why you need to stick to hygienic practices, wear a mask, and washing your hands often.

The common cold has been around for centuries, with no cure.
Since C-2019 is just the same x10, it is quite unlikely to find a cure.
Medicine is an ART, not a science. When confronted with something incurable, they will continue to treat the symptoms (that is why 90% of those on ventilators DIE).
