Well humans being humans, would probably hunt all dinosaurs down, and then they will become endangered because of us and go extinct. So yeah asteroid or no asteroid, they would go extinct.

the fact they dont exist i think reveals the obvious .. theres plenty of tales of sightings and fightings and huntings of 'dragons' all the way up until a couple of hundred years ago .. some by very credible people in history .. but making a name for yourself by killing a dragon i think did any that were left in ..
