Iphone video recording?

I used to video record and scroll down the notification center so that they dont see that I’m recording. But everytime I scroll down the notification center the video turn off. Any settings I need to change? I have iphone 6s btw and I have ios13

What you are talking about was an iOS glitch that was fixed, there is no settings you can change to make it work like that.
