...part of the agreement was for jail time, two months for her and five for him. But due to the Covid-19 situation, do you think that they will suspend her jail sentence to house arrest due to the risk of getting infected in jail? And if so, would you say this was a calculated move by their attorney?

I suspect this was a calculated move and I suspect they'll serve this time on "house arrest" (that actually has a lot of loopholes in it so they can leave their home to do business).
