A great example of pareidolia. Paranormally speaking with a little shading and a halfway decent spooky tale it could be made "true" easy enough. There are plenty of folks believing tales with far less convincing "evidence."

Yes, if can see something there other than a pepper cut in half.

Also pareidolia is not paranormal.
