Who is noone?  Noone talks about it by making a statement and ending it with a question mark?  And not to agree or disagree with your statement that it's a crisis, but can you provide any evidence that it is a problem of considerable magnitude and that it can be attributed to Jews?

I don't think is true because I see plenty of coins in fountains.. Even if it does happen it's hardly a crisis.
