I have posted many questions and they seem to all have been redacted. How do I actually complain to a human yahoo representative?

If by redacted, you mean they were removed, they were violations of the rules. You can appeal violations, but that rarely works. If you want to know the reason for the violation, post "Why was this question (answer) a violation?" and add the original e-mail you got and/or any details you remember so the users can see the exact context.
