Why dont people /are afraid to warn/help people and their kids so they dont make same mistakes as others about sex including me?

Because some parents assume kids know right from wrong and are too lazy to teach or just don't care. Some parents don't deserve to have children. Okay, so you made a terrible mistake as a child. Have you talked to your stepsister about what happened and did you tell her you are truly sorry and that you hope she can one day forgive you.
